Precision Fabrication and Controls Inc. is uniquely comprised of two complementary divisions – Electrical Integration and Metal Fabrication. Having the talents and resources of both divisions establishes a level of service that segregates Precision from the capabilities of similar organizations. This dynamic infrastructure coupled with professional experience, strategic vendor alliances, state of the art technologies and proven efficiencies; allows Precision to maintain a reputation of quality services at competitive prices.
With our Fabrication facility, we have a multitude of equipment and talents that allow us to sculpt sheet metal into various parts, components, enclosures and machines with a niche of experience surrounding stainless steel and aluminum fabrication. A very unique advantage exists where we many times design / fabricate equipment and then marry it to the required control system of which we develop at our Integration facility. Our Fabrication shop has several CNC Turret punch presses, forming stations, welding stations, a machine shop, bead blast facility – starting with a concept, defining functionality criteria and finishing with a product that meets established concept goals is a ‘typical day at the office’.
Integration capabilities range from concept of control functionality need, electrical design, aggressive procurement, efficient panel manufacture, up through programmable control software generation and onsite commissioning.
